Dan Miller founded RightNow in 1997 after a successful executive career with one of the largest title firms in the U.S. Recognizing a need within the industry for better ways to teach sales and management skills, he launched what has become the market leader in performance consulting for real estate-related organizations and professionals. Dan started his career at North American Title. His steady rise in the organization paralleled the firm's meteoric growth as it became the largest independently held title insurance agency in the nation, prior to its acquisition by Lennar Builder Services. A graduate of Sacramento State University, Dan is a published author and highly sought-after keynote speaker, having delivered speeches on the subjects of sales, sales management and leadership at more than 150 real estate industry events nationwide.

As a coach, trainer and Leadership Development Specialist Knute Kallander, M.S., has designed and implemented programs that promote team building, improve performance, and develop high-level communication skills. He has worked in a variety of business settings including, banking, high-tech, real estate, bio-tech, media, and non-profit organizations. Knute has coached managers and directors in team building, leadership training, and career development. In addition, he has certifications in results-oriented programs such as Lominger 360 degree feedback, behavioral interviewing, conflict resolution, and mediation. Knute has also led training programs on Dialogue in the U.S., Canada and Britain. As a Sales Management Leadership facilitator, coach and trainer, Knute has worked with struggling managers to improve the performance of their sales teams; increasing revenues, new clients and profitability measurements.

Knute has a M.S. in Organizational Behavior and Development, a B.A. in Human Development and Interaction, and is an International Coach Federation Certified Coach.

Knute's hobbies include back country hiking, mountain biking, and international travel. He shares these interests with his wife and their toddler.
