Shipping/Delivery Procedures
The United States Postal Service provides the shipping service for RightNow Consulting. We generally ship CD purchases within two business days of receipt of order. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of your order and Ship To location. Oversized and heavy orders, or orders sent outside of the US may incur extra charges.
